Parasailing is a type of active recreation and fascinating entertainment. This "attraction" is top-rated. The famous resort of Montenegro Budva is no exception.
Brief description Parasailing Budva
The parachute is attached to the water vehicle; it can be a boat or jet ski. Since the transport is moving, the parachute floats in the air.
The height of the parachute will depend on several points: the weight of the "passenger", the presence of wind, and the boat's power. An important factor is the length of the rope with which the parachute is towed. It is considered optimal to climb to a height of 60 m, while the rope size is about 120 m. Please note that it is not recommended to rise above 150 m.
A boat or water scooter must be robust and reach 50-60 km / h speeds.
Extreme entertainment lasts an average of 5 minutes. It combines a walk, free flight in the sky and a surge of adrenaline. This extreme was proposed for the first time in the 60s of the last century.
Usually, the start occurs from a boat with the gradual unwinding of the towing cable. Lifting of this kind is much safer than starting from land when a ship moves against the wind with a cable wholly unwound.
Parasailing Budva advantages
If you are new to parachuting, parasailing will be an excellent option for training. This airwalk lets the tourist get acquainted with the resort's sights from a bird's eye view.
You do not need to undergo a special long training for this kind of sport. But for the safety of the participants, the organizers explain the essential requirements and rules of behaviour in the air.
Requirements, restrictions, and safety
There are restrictions on weight and age on the rise of a parachute. Some organizers have modern equipment that can lift one person or a group of people with a total weight of not more than 200 kg. But in most cases, the weight limit is 110 kg. The number of "passengers" involved in the flight should be no more than three.
There are also contraindications for such a flight:
- pregnancy;
- alcohol intoxication;
- epilepsy;
- disorders of the musculoskeletal system;
- cardiovascular diseases;
- respiratory diseases;
- hypertension.
Taking a parachute into the air with a strong wind is strictly forbidden because the parachute moves against it. Rush should not exceed 8 m / s. With a stronger wind, there is a high probability of injury. It is necessary to fly in clear, sunny weather.
To ensure that the ascent and descent were as safe as possible, there should not be any obstacles on the water surface and the land surface.
Parasailing equipment must be high quality, have the appropriate certificates and licenses, and be constantly checked. This is the only way to ensure the safety of people in the air and reduce the likelihood of injury in the process of ascent or descent to zero.
